A Road Traffic Accident can be an extremely stressful and inconvenient

not your fault Auto Legal Direct offer a unique package of services
to handle every aspect of your claim. All our claims are dealt
with entirely in-house, therefore ensuring continuity and complete
control. Although the third party is liable for all your cost
in a non-fault accident, you still have a duty of care to ensure
that these costs are kept to a minimum. Your ALD claims handler
will ensure that your case is run as efficiently as possible.
Recovery/Replacement
Vehicle
If your vehicle is un-roadworthy following a non-fault accident,
we will arrange for it's immediate recovery and storage at our
secure premises.
An Independent engineer will be instructed by us to provide
a detailed report on your damaged vehicle.
If your car was damaged due to the negligence of another insured
driver we will provide you with a replacement vehicle for the
duration of the repairs. Alternatively, if your vehicle is judged
to be beyond economical repair, a replacement hire vehicle will
be provided until you are in a financial position to replace
your own vehicle.
Repair
Your Vehicle
If your vehicle is a repairable prospect, then those repairs
will be carried out in our approved bodyshop in accordance with
the Independent Engineers Report, once again ensuring that our
claim handlers have complete control of your claim.
Personal
Injury
If you are involved in a non-fault Road traffic Accident and
suffer personal injury you may be entitled to claim compensation
for your injuries and loss of earnings. ALD have an Independent
Panel of Solicitors and will appoint one of these experts to
handle every aspect of your Personal injury Claim and ensure
that you receive prompt settlement. ALD have an excellent working
relationship with all Panel Solicitors, with both parties keeping
the other constantly updated.
We comply in all respects with the Solicitors Introduction and Referral Code
(1990) as amended by the Solicitors Practice (Payments For Referrals) Amendment Rules (2003).
We receive a referral fee of £450.00 for passing cases on.
Where liability can be clearly contributed to a negligent
third party driver - We will provide the following :-

Response to recover your damaged vehicle.
Repair
of your damaged vehicle.
A
replacement vehicle whilst your own car is off the road or under
repair.
Our costs recovery team will handle all aspects of your claim
against the other party to recover:

Car Hire Charges.
Compensation
for Any Personal Injury.
Loss
of Earnings.

Out of Pocket Expenses.
